What do you mean by creative financing lenders? Do you mean NH Community Loan Fund or Joey who sells spare TVs that fell off the back of the truck?

Ha definitely not the TV guy. I'm looking for legit local lenders that are good with finding creative ways to finance projects by helping me identify which equity sources to draw off of and how to best structure loan terms to minimize the upfront costs to ensure liquidity before the project begins generating venue. Ideally someone willing to deal at all with loans tied to future revenue/value. I know these type of options exist but I have a somewhat complex financial situation so I need a pro that can help me see the forest through the trees.

So you want someone to give you money without any collateral and just a “trust me bro it’ll work” letter? 😂

Yeah it's a great group. We engaged with a marketing person through the SBA to get a new logo for our business. Small NH businesses helping each other. It was nice!

Ya I've been looking into local organizations. The difficulty has been finding member lists that provide any kind of contact information which has made it trickier than I thought to find people via google search. I'll keep looking though. Thanks!

That's because members don't want to be spammed nor stalked. Go to Bigger Pockets if you want to do that.

Thanks. Makes total sense. I'm on bigger pockets too but haven't had much luck yet. Looking everywhere I can think of.

I'm looking to develop a property with multiple small (400-900sqft) short-term rentals that would be built to meet req's for a SF home, so I could have the option to sell them individual of circumstances required it. More than happy to hear any feedback. Thanks!
