Vermont has little to no restrictions on time, place, or consultation. So theoretically, up until the moment of birth you could get an abortion in VT. NH is set at 24 weeks(6 months) with exceptions after that time for life of the mother and/or baby. Im not aware of the restrictions or lack thereof for the other states.
