I use my bank's bill pay system. Liberty sends the bill to the bank and the bank pays it automatically on the due date. No fees.

The payment website says there is a processing fee, but if you are paying with your bank account, they don’t actually charge anything.

They're just generally fucking up now. I stopped receiving bills for 4 months before they sent one that was basically "shit we're sorry we forgot to send you bills these past few months, feel free to pay this all back as possible". And then their website didn't work for another few weeks. Just a top notch business.

There is a completely new system, email and website last month (unless I got scammed). The e-mail went to spam because it looks extremely phishy and the website made me put in all my bank info again. It also seems to be built on 1996 technology as there is a 1-2 second lag between when I type and when it appears on screen. Not impressed

I don’t really trust them to not fuck me over so I called and the lady on the phone was helpful in getting me set up so I could pay them
