They're just generally fucking up now. I stopped receiving bills for 4 months before they sent one that was basically "shit we're sorry we forgot to send you bills these past few months, feel free to pay this all back as possible". And then their website didn't work for another few weeks. Just a top notch business.

I waited almost 2 months after their whole “were changing your acct, sit tight and wait for the new bill!”

I don’t really trust them to not fuck me over so I called and the lady on the phone was helpful in getting me set up so I could pay them

The payment website says there is a processing fee, but if you are paying with your bank account, they don’t actually charge anything.

I ended up paying by bank, this month it looks like the processing fee is $0. Last month it was showing up as $1.75. No idea wtf is going on with Liberty.

I haven’t received my bill yet this month, but if they try to charge anything, I’ll pay directly through my bank instead of Liberty’s website.

There is a completely new system, email and website last month (unless I got scammed). The e-mail went to spam because it looks extremely phishy and the website made me put in all my bank info again. It also seems to be built on 1996 technology as there is a 1-2 second lag between when I type and when it appears on screen. Not impressed

I use my bank's bill pay system. Liberty sends the bill to the bank and the bank pays it automatically on the due date. No fees.

Heres a screenshot of the error im getting. I'm trying through the website, are you using the mobile app? I'll probably just call support next month if it happens again. So strange.

They fuck that up too. I have had so many issues with getting bills, paying bills, and having autopay actually work properly since I’ve been a customer
