I’m not looking for endorsements of particular candidates or policies or a political discussion, just some resources to do my own research. I’m particularly interested on finding information on local/county races, where there’s less national information available. Thank you!

They tend to have very little info on anything less than governor elections, so maybe not useful for you. Usually I just Google each candidate to see what comes up, and read their campaign sites to see what they stand for, what they're against, and what's not on their campaign pages.

If there's a debate I might listen to that, too.

Yeah they’re good for national and state elections, but kinda limited lower than that
