I guess I should have clarified, I’ll be renting. Living in my own making a decent income. I’m more of a homebody and will likely be home a lot at first since I won’t know many people. So won’t mind spending a little extra on housing to have a nicer place

If you can do yard and snow removal. Keep in mind, we can get tons of snow or sometimes barely any. You must be prepared if this listing interests you. I chose this one because as a single, you would have privacy but close access to big city life. Worcester is huge and vibrant with art, concerts, retail etc.

Waterfront- spare bedroom for visiting friends- I LOVE living on a lake. Get a kayak, you would love it. A bit longer commute. Be aware of yard, snow and heating expenses while living on the water. You can get utility expense history on the address by inquiring with the utility directly. https://www.apartments.com/38-allen-rd-brookfield-ma/wqd7hll/

A more urban look. I love this listing. No yard work or snow work to do with this one. https://www.apartments.com/lofts-at-lancaster-mills-clinton-ma/0jlpgx3/
There are a bunch. It depends on preference. These were just an example of what out there :)
