Half these recent homebuyers are putting offers in sight unseen… if a little meth lab next door is gonna stop you, you’re never gonna get a house in this market.

Not to mention how many meth labs do you think are actually in NH? You never know, there may be a small mom and pop type deal out there but as far as I know from what I’ve read, it’s almost impossible to make the stuff without access to heavily restricted industrial chemicals. They have factories cranking it out south of the border. I genuinely wouldn’t worry about this in NH.

Realtors only have to disclose certain things when selling a house.
Checking out the neighbors lies solely on the buyer.

If we are aware, we definitely have to disclose if it’s produced at the property and/ or the client asks about neighbors.
