I posted earlier in this sub, just thought I'd write an update to the situation. I responded to their 'no we're not discounting your rent' email with a pic of a certain part of my lease (what I posted before) and they (surprisingly) reimbursed us for the portion of square footage that was unusable in our apartment during repairs/flood. Trying to get them to reimburse us for electricity b/c we had three 3-gallon dehumidifiers running/heat on 70 non-stop, and giant water extractors running several times throughout the week. Here is some stuff from our Eversource account. Anyway, not looking for advice or anything just thought I would share an update! Advocate for yourself cause ain't no one else gonna do it!
