Yes but i think its implied (although never shown since they arent friends within the first 5 minutes of the movie) that they would get pretty drunk, like as drunk as collin ferrel was when he started talking to colm in the pub when he was with the cop

Regardless, I loved this movie. I just kept waiting for an ulterior reason for the broken friendship but, doesn’t matter in the end!
