I agree with these rankings

Mine would read as follow:

1.- Aliens
2.- Terminator 2
3.- Titanic
4.- Terminator
5.- Avatar
6.- Avatar WOTW
7.- True Lies
8.- Abyss
9.- Piranha 2

Top 2 spots kinda go toe to toe, so lets say its a tie. Both are the quintessential sci-fi horror film sequels as far as im concerned.

Apart from Piranha 2, their ranks are (for me) nearly perfect in chronological order…

For me, to each their own…

I remember liking Aliens a lot but I just can’t imagine putting it on the same level as T2, perhaps I need to rewatch or perhaps one thinks parts of T2 don’t work?

Oh I thought u we’re commenting on my rankings. So you like Terminator the most? To me that was a really disappointing film after seeing T2 first, not great acting. Low budget. (great Arnold though)

Aliens for me is #1. But the fact that Terminator was made for $4 million blows my mind and deserves massive respect.

Its the opposite for me actually, Im not that confident in putting T2 on the same level as Aliens, because Aliens is the clear #1. However, whatever I may not like of T2 (mostly the pacing tbh) would be just nitpicks, because generally speaking both are fantastastic and as I said, I consider the two of them to be the quintessential sci-fi horror film sequels.
