Has anyone listened to the Audible "Edge of Tomorrow (Movie Tie-in Edition)?
Author is Hiroshi Sakurazaka

I want to listen to the original novel (since my reading skills are pretty crap), but don't want to hear the "movie version" of the book.

Any thoughts?

Yes, it's the original story and not a novelization if that's what you're asking. By "movie tie in edition" they're referring to the cover and title, like when a book gets made into a movie and they change the cover to the movie poster.
