If you're in the mood for some more anime movies I'd also very highly recommend the movie A Silent Voice - it's darker in tone than Your Name (different writer/director too) and deals with disability, bullying, abuse and suicide. It's not all doom and gloom though, it's often uplifting too.
If you're in the US it's available on Netflix and various other services in other countries:

Another highly regarded movie by the same writer/director as Your Name is The Garden of Words.
Also check out movies by Hayao Miyazaki such as Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle and others - in most countries they are available on Netflix but in the US are to be found on HBO Max instead.
I could recommend many more from different writers and directors ......

Damn, haven't watched that many dark movie(s) before
I think you should maintain a list and share the link as you keep updating it. Your suggestions will really help us all

The Hayao Miyazaki movies I suggested aren't overly dark.
A list? Just ask on the /r/anime subreddit for recommended anime movies. :)

I'll give it a try.
I know that's an option, i was just saying to keep your list so instead of asking there we can just refer to yours which will be present in one of these comments
