This movie gest brought up a lot but I think it gets passed over being recommended for Halloween. Its not spooky or scary but has an atmosphere that really resembles Halloween weekend when things seem to be the most unreal and people are acting like hooligans.

Also just noticed on my first watch of the directors cut. People think Donnie is a loon because he talks about the 6 foot bunny rabbit he sees. But people see Cunningham as a profit even though the things he talks about are just as nonsensical.
