I don't feel like this statistic is all that unusual. Pick 5 more actors of similar stardom/popularity and longevity and I bet most of them have 2-4 multi-time directors.

I think the more interesting thing is seeing which directors/A-listers have an affinity for each other... Like clearly Leo and Scorsese have a thing

That's what I was wondering. For leading types anyways. I know a lot of character actors seem to be in every project certain people do. I thought this was normal.
