no its finished.... it lines up with the rest of the flooring its just dirty as fuck....

It still has the original stain--not dirty.

It's not mold. Looks like it had a walnut-colored stain originally. When the floors were sanded and refinished they didn't bother going back in the closet and sanding by hand.

You can tell they used a floor buffer or sander and it wouldn’t get that deep in the small closet because of the big handles
