Well, with the war in Ukraine Nestle has supposedly reduced its presence in Russia, so they might be shifting products that were otherwise slated for Russia to other markets. They don’t want to lose money in products they’ve already filled so it seems like capitalism at work here.

Even before the war I've got Dove soap at the local grocery outlet that was for the Russian market with everything on the package being in Russain and Kazakh language as a secondary language.

I guess they just normally manage variation in demand that way.
