No, it's like at the 80% mark. In the touch up phase from putting in the inlays then finish. Then off to frets, strings and so on. there are more pics in comments that show it hanging along with other guitars that look amazing..

If he wasnt asked to sign an nda they have no case if they didnt want it posted, that said I highly doubt elton john cares, it impacts literally nothing.
