Had carpeter ants and termites, lot of it was rotten.

Makes sense that it needed to be cut down. Just be mindful of where the wood is stacked... against a wooden fence... Termites have a brand new home.

Oh in that case it won’t bother me. I know some people around here do just because it’s blocking a window or they hate fall leaves.
