I was wondering if there were benefits to parasites. I guess it's good for our gardens to keep their numbers down. Maybe it's good for the overall ecosystem as well.

Itt: people who believe yellow jackets are the only type of wasp. These wasps are extraordinarily tiny, and most peoppe have never seen one in person before.
Leave nature alone. Animals and insects eat each other to survive, get over yourselves. Parasitic wasps are a huge part in keeping pests like this in check.

Look up braconid wasp. They're considered beneficial insects to any gardener and are harmless to humans. This is good biodiversity.
