Alphonso is the most common cultivated mango variety (a cultivar) and is the best kind we can find in most of the U.S. Adolfo mangos are better in my opinion.

It's a mango flavored kulfi with double the amount of mango than usual, which makes it more of a mango ice cream with kulfi than vice versa

I do not find this the least bit interesting.

Different types have different tastes. And in India we have normal mango ice cream AND Alphonso ice cream, which is also a bit expensive. Most of the time, Alphonso mango is considered uh...more premium IMO
