LOL that guy made me google and Soy does have estrogen but not human estrogen, it contains a high concentration of isoflavones, a type of plant estrogen (phytoestrogen) that is similar in function to human estrogen but with much weaker effects. So it doesn't affect the guys in any sense.

It doesn't affect anyone, plant estrogen would only work on plants. This guy is likely trolling, even if they aren't it's pretty funny. Much better than a lot of the misinformation I've found on this site, just gets people to miss out on some tasty food.
