I liked the spider wick one too

but it was a very bad adaptation. They cut out a whole book for goodness sake, one of the most important ones that set up the final book and final battle, but kept in the one that just added some worldbuilding and smashed the 4 books they kept into one movie. that's a terrible choice

Apparently disney has a new Eragon thing in production. Hope its better than the movie, although thats not a very high bar.
