For awhile you go faster…. By the time you’re REALLY technically gifted the wrinkles have set in and the muscle and bone strength are diminishing. Cries in masters age bracket

I've done dragon boating before and man it is hard, you need to use your body weight sometimes, but once you get up to speed it's really fun because all you focus on is trying to beat the other boats. We came in second
