Times will change if you are willing. Search for New hobbys. Try to make a small vaccation or even just a small Trip to somewhere. Try out things ecen if they make you uncomfortable. I know this feeling. It is hard to get out of but defenitely possible.

You don’t have to live it. Live is to exist, so do better than existing. Try something new and/or adventurous such as go scuba diving, go to a new restaurant, rob a bank, go rock climbing or go on a walk in a place you’ve never been to before
