The only time that Rush hour doesn't exist is between the hours of 10am-12pm now. Every damn day there's some accident.

Not to mention the weird drivers that feel the need to drive 40 mph in all three lanes for no reason, thus causing slow downs.

Folks in the left lane you need to be going faster than the middle lane….it’s a passing lane
