Ok, this might be a stretch, but...I got a craving for Welsh rarebit like Stouffers used to sell in the frozen case, but doesn't seem to anymore. Anybody seen it in a supermarket anywhere around here or, even better, any restaurants that serve it?
Cafe Sauvage definitely had croque madame - which is fairly close.
I can send you a picture of my grandmother's recipe if you like..

If you don't want the egg and just a shit ton of cheese on it I suppose you could order a croque monsieur and have them hold the pig ;)
I cooked it back in the 1980s - so you could do it yourself.
