I have been both flu and COVID-free since 2019.

It helps that I still work from home, wear a face mask, and social distance when able. It also helps that I am fully vaccinated (for both), so if I were exposed, I have had no symptoms and test negatively.

The last "cold-like" feeling I experienced was in 2021 and only lasted a few hours (less than a day).
