How do we know which pharmacy our insurance supports? I have been asked at like urgent cares before, never thought it mattered... just what was most convenient. God American healthcare is such a clusterfuck

If you were bound to using one, they usually tell you. Several times I was told I could only fill a 90 day supply at CVS OR Walgreens. Now my card says CVS.

You can call your insurance (no fun, i know!) and ask - or if you have a plan which lets you access your plan online, that's easiest way to get info usually. You will log in to your plan and it should be able to tell you your preferred pharmacies. Also some might have a chat-option, where you can chat a representive with your question (again, usually easier than calling).
