Not what I said. Just that it’s not unreasonable to assume they might not have the easiest time throwing a smile on when they’re literally ground down for what is almost certainly bare minimum compensation.

I empathize, but some people are just trying to get medications that they need to stay alive. It’s just a job to a CVS tech, but they’re not exactly selling scratch tickets at the 7/11.
