I switched from CVS to Walgreens a long time ago. I’m autistic and the pharmacist at my local CVS was extremely rude, impatient, and hurtful to me. Please make sure you’re also looking at your staff. You’ve admitted they can be rude. I know it’s tough to fill positions now but do you really want to employ rude people to work with vulnerable people?
