Since capitalism is entirely motivated by money, we make it profitable to play by our rules (move towards green technologies) and expensive to ignore them (carbon tax).

You've read a proposal about a 10 year plan to massively switch to renewable energy and you don't know how that would help us to change our climate change trajectory?

Do you hear about the ozone damage anymore, no because we solved that. Do you hear about smog anymore, no we solved for that too. We’ll solve Co2 emissions as well, but like the rest it will take time and legislation. We could solve gun violence just as easily if not for knuckle dragging Republicans.
