We received ours about a week ago and were very underwhelmed.

We went through the online estimator and I guess they got it right. I just thought it would be more.

Looks like mine in coming today in the mail, i always get direct deposit though. Use USPS informed delivery and you can see around 730am whats in your mail today.

Just logged in on desktop, if you go to the more tab, in the bottom right hand corner, under other actions, is view taxpayer refunds, that should show you if it’s been issued yet

USPS Informed Delivery service said mine was supposed to be deliver last week Thursday. It never came. Informed Delivery said my wife’s was supposed to be delivered today and it did. Stopped at the post office to ask about it and they were not able to help in any anyway. In fact the lady kept asking why I didn’t have a tracking number for it. I asked her if she was serious. She was.

I called the carrier annex number this afternoon. The guy said they had it and didn’t deliver because there was a delivery hold, but there wasn’t. He said he will include it in tomorrows mail. I’ll follow up if it does show up tomorrow. Anyway, I highly recommend signing up for Informed Delivery if nothing more than to know what to expect to be delivered on a given day and to know if stuff is being delivered.

Taxpayers get them. If you paid MA income tax last year, you'll get a refund.

Nah, paid taxes in both Arizona and Massachusetts. Ended working in Massachusetts end of second week of November last year, then started the following Monday in Arizona.

I created a tax connect account and see nothing about a refund in there. Unless you're not seeing anything until they send out your payment there.

I have not gotten mine - but I paper filed, did not use direct deposit, and filed right on the 10/17 deadline... so not getting antsy yet. That said, MA did get me a paper check for my refund by the first week of November, which I was pleasantly surprised by.

As odd as it sounds, it did indeed miraculously arrive today, along with another highly sensitive document that was supposed to be delivered earlier this week. My guess is if I never had called that number it would have never arrived.

Again, if you don’t have Informed Delivery, you should. It’s free and you may never know what mail was supposed to be delivered but didn’t without it.

I just got mine via mail today. I've filled online for as long as I've been able to with direct deposit. My first name starts with S and my last name starts with L. Hopefully this helps you all in some way.
