What’s that American flag sticker on the filing cabinet on the right in the photo? It looks like the Betsy Ross flag, but with the number 2 inside the circle of stars.

It’s a 2nd Amendment magnet. The amendment is written out inside the stripes.

Hard to see, but might be 2⁰⁰ so possibly an American bicentennial sticker from 1976?
Poking around on Google Images I could only find examples with "76", not "200", so unsure.
