6'6" with pink hair. Should be easy to spot in a crowd. It would have been nice if they used a photo that has his recent hair.

Pretty sure they mean (6) six-feet. So just 6 foot tall, sometimes they'll put the number and spell it out.

That makes more sense. I think my brain deleted the second occurrence of "feet"
I would write it like "six (6) foot" to avoid confusion.
