Sorry that your selfish desire to keep a huge animal in a small enclosed space around other people is more important than finding a decent place to live. Your dog is not more important than the health and safety of your neighbors.

My dog is very well behaved, well trained as well. Rottweilers are perfectly fine in small spaces. She gets plenty of walks through the day and time to play. Clearly u know literally nothing about certain dogs. Once again, appreciate your input!

Gee good on you for doing the bare minimum. No, keeping a 100 lb dog in an apartment is not ideal. Especially for your neighbors. You're welcome for the input.
