Realtor Recommendations

My family and I will be moving to MA from Oklahoma once school is out and my husband and I are visiting in a few weeks to look at as many towns and areas of the state as we can. I had several recommendations for a variety of towns on a previous post and we’re ready now to narrow down during our trip.

We are needing recommendations for realtors in the south shore, Worcester suburbs, and Pioneer Valley areas. I’d love to be able to meet with them while we’re in town. We would like someone with experience with out of state buyers.

In Worcester suburbs, go for Rob Smith. He is an amazing person to have on your side.

South Shore - Cody Rohland. She was amazing for us. She moved from Texas like 30 years ago, so you got the southern connection too.

Of course! My wife and I literally looked with no luck for over a year. Cody helped us find something within 2 months. She truly is great to work with, knows how to stay in your limits, and can really get a deal done. Honest realtors are tough to come by, but she is one.

Denise Desellier from Real Living is amazing she's constantly ranked among the best in New England and got my mom into an amazing house, she also does a lot with renting low and high end if your looking to do that. The condos they have on the market are amazing as well
