All together it is a story of maturing in love. “SAVING GRACE” begins it all with being in a spot of needing love, while “BLUE BABY” the outro is the outro where it concludes with an understanding of mutual love. Visceral, vocal, synth-y art pop. This is my debut track and sits in the Art Pop/Electronic space; it started with an arpeggiated synth patch from an old analog synth which I love using. It's (lyrically and texturally) illustrating the rat race and (trying) to escape. I've been playing music most of my life and over the last few years have started writing/recording originals.

My band’s latest single, “Doomsday Clock” is out on “Third Trip”, our third EP in less than a year.

“Continuing the dizzying trips from the gäng's preceding two EPs, this third instalment from the trio of tricksters will make your ears bleed when exposed to thundering guitar riffs from the depths of Hell, beastly beats from the wizard's enchanted drums, and chunky bass tones only a Rickenbacker can create! You'll be racing down the highway with a madman, contaminated with sonic vira previously unknown to mankind, and caught in roaring hurricanes when gloomy clouds shower the land with acid rain!

Strap in, and let Trippelgänger take you for a ride!”

Slipknots new album came out a few days ago.

As a long time listener and a huge fan since my very early teens, I’m very disappointed. It’s good as a piece of art but I would argue that anyone listening to Slipknot ain’t looking for an ‘experience’. Long way from the IOWA days, too much build and not enough payoff.

Also, the 3 singles they released are tracks 2-4 on the album and it really feels like they couldn’t find songs on the album that were decent enough to release as singles

This is a French-Pop song that dropped a few days ago and it's a total earworm. I've been following the creation of this song and it's pretty insane. Angèle posted a tiktok when she first wrote the hook to see if people would be into it. That was on the 11th. Her and her team finished, produced and filmed a nice video and released the song by the 30th. Not to mention this was in the few week break they had between the 2 legs of the world tour! I seriously love it when artists show such insane work ethic. Massive respect!

Pretty Suspect - Colten Has a Kid

https://open.spotify.com/track/0CxpeHnY6U0ftppy6i2wod?si=yh66svo8SNueKPe9DAl2CA&utm_source=copy-link

We're a small 4 piece band inspired by the 2000s emo/post hardcore music we grew up with. We're also a pair of 2 Brothers.

We're working on an ep that won't be out till maybe February just due to life and delays, but we're super excited for this heavier song on it.

It's titled as an homage to old Devil Wears Prada song "Ben has a Kid" and is in reference to our bassist/vocalist having a kid last year. The vocals are NOT about his kid however and are instead, like most of our songs, about mental health issues and thoughts of suicide. I write the lyrics and like to use them as an outlet to explain what anxiety and depression can feel like and to connect with others through our music to help spread awareness. Depression isn't just being sad and anxiety isn't just being scared. Sometimes it can be not fully knowing where you are or even depersonalization of feeling like you have no control over your body.

Anyway, we hope that if you're a fan of Underoath, DWP, Emery, MCR, and other like bands that you'll like what he have! Drop us a follow on Spotify or any other service and follow/like us on Facebook for updates and engagements at www.facebook.com/prettysuspect97401

Wild Crazy Bananas - Good Sense Prelude Instrumental - https://youtu.be/MkZGdmPlwfo

"Good Sense Prelude" is a small collage of attempted keyboard tracks from a song I'll be releasing on October 21st titled

"Good Sense."

In the software I use, when I am recording, I'll at times move tracks off to the side that I'm not ready to delete. My

software was just going along the timeline when it came across my discarded tracks and they were layered in such a way that I

found very pretty yet sad. A sample of the completed track is at the end of this video.

Katherine Balch - "Only The Song" from album "the labor of forgetting", performed by Lucy Fitz Gibbon, soprano, and Ryan MacEvoy McCullough, piano

This song comes from a thirteen song cycle, "estrangement," by composer Katherine Balch and poet Katie Ford. The cycle explores the aftermath of a relationship that has broken down, and the period of self-reflection that follows. In this song, the woman, having just reminisced on how easily she dismissed three previous loves, realizes that a song written by one of these lovers is not so easily forgotten.
