This is where the category "bakery" doesn't really help anything. All bakery indicates here is something like "produces/sells baked goods". But there are major differences that make each unique:

Choc o Pain, as previously mentioned, probably has the strongest loaves of bread and French style pastries.

Maman has good baked goods, but more emphasis on breakfast and coffee drinks compared to the other locations mentioned.

2nd Street bakery is more hearty Italian-inspired doughs and doesn't seem to have baked goods that shine for their technique (such as "laminated" dough as a previous comment said). More deli type options than a basic bakery.

I feel like antique bakery verges into deli territory as well, but is similar to 2nd Street in the style of dough.

They're all bakeries but I would narrow that category by French-inspired bakery vs Italian-inspired bakery.
