I usually park my car at my house's curb. Today I got a ticket for $50 for a Street cleaning offense.

On the street, it is mentioned the No-parking on Monday and Thursday from 10-12 Pm which is their normal street cleaning time.

Someone gave me a ticket today i.e Friday. how do i defend this. Whom to consult?

One side is Monday/Thursday. Other side is Tuesday/Friday. Are you looking at the signs on the side you parked?

I recently moved and I have seen only one sign. Never thought it would be different on the other side

It would be torture if they made street cleaning the same time on both sides of the street. That would mean that you can't park anywhere on the entire street.

Document as well as you can. Plea not guilty and wait 3 months to hear if a judge throws it out

Why is this downvoted.? This is the recipe to get officer PEOs tickets to disappear.

Probably people who don't have a car.

But also, OP seems to think that both sides of the street have the same days. They don't.

MLK has both sides, same day. But I doubt they have a house on MLK.

You meant Jackson right 😝 and every street in JC has alternate side parking.

I meant days where both sides get swept on the same day.

And my bad, Jackson, lol
