2bd in newish building with amenities (ie, LUXURY HOUSING) at 4K or below is impossible. 1bd in those building is ~3.3K. A 2-bed will run you closer to 4.5K, and higher.

if you would like folks to assist, you're going to need to give some information. what are you looking for, what is your budget, what are your priorities, how many people are you, where are you commuting to, etc
otherwise all forms of habitation in jersey city are potentially suitable for you
