Yeah I’ve seen that one. It’s been at zero progress for a while, and they’re using the weird cheap table furniture from the prior tenant, I’m not optimistic. Also their proposed menu online looks odd.

It feels to me like the owner got their snarky nephew to mock up the website and instead of supplying the copy for an actual site just shared the link to a test site without reading it.

Nah, designer is not responsible for copy. It sounds like the owner was musing out loud while hovering over designer’s shoulder and that train of thought made it to a website (re: whichever’s cheaper)
