Via is great when they actually are running and have capacity. Every time I’ve tried to use it recently, the rides get cancelled or take up to 20 min to arrive, just to be constantly re-assigned or incredibly late.

Obvs Via is successful, why is the service being crippled?

When you measure success in ridership, low capacity looks like winning. That's great for people in municipal leadership who want to check boxes, not so much for people who want to use it, let alone depend on it.

When Via says 20 minutes then disappears, that's worse than nothing. We need more real transit.

I love Via but the hours are so frustrating! And I don't mind waiting longer but I wish it were more predictable and accurate. Sometimes it's 8 minutes, sometimes it's like 30.
