Budget is 3k a month for a 1 bedroom.

Currently living in Vantage which is nice but looking to move elsewhere for next year. Mostly looking at apt that are close to grove st or in Newport.

Any comparable buildings that’ll fit my budget?

As another user said, Avalon Cove will probably fit your budget. Other “better” luxury apartments in the area will cost you more than 3k. Not by much though so if you are willing to go up to even like $3.3k, you will have a lot more options.

Nothing in Avalon cove is below 3100 right now. I am wondering if it will go down next year?

We were in Lenox for a few years and it was great. Gets you a little closer to PATH than Vantage, same management company.

I pay $3,100 for 1 bedroom and $250 a month for parking in the liberty harbor area

So many people make fun of luxury apartments, yet so many people are trying to live in them. Why? There are so many more affordable options without having to live like sardines in a can

If you can make the square footage and the price work, they’re actually pretty nice. I enjoyed the amenities and it was nice living in new construction.

It sure is not cheap but at the same time it’s not that expensive either depending on the household income.

Personally I don’t have an option, I hate driving and I want connectivity to Path. But these LUXURY APARTMENTS are a joke for the price

Haus 25. Hedrix, 351 Marin are all good options if you can actually find a unit.

As another commentator said why move? Vantage is one of the nicer newer buildings so if you can afford it you won’t find better amenities and such for your budget.

The 50/70/90 Columbus collection might be within your budget with a concession. Same goes for Urby or 65 Bay St, Modera Lofts etc…

The newer buildings like Haus, Hendrix will be more than that unless you can get a 2 month or better free month incentive.

Also if you can move in Jan/Feb you’ll have the most leverage in terms of pricing and incentives. And don’t forgot to negotiate even if they say they don’t negotiate you can always ask especially if you have multiple options.
