I noticed this on Thursday morning during low tide. Not exactly sure when it happened, but the chairs looked really fresh, no mud or algae on them yet! How does someone tell the the municipal authorities so they can go pull the from the Hudson and/or get replacements? It’s so maddening. This is why we can’t have nice things.
