I randomly purchase day passes for AndCo. Very cute spot! They seem to be very about community and they have events after hours which help break the ice and again facilitate that conversation.

I’ve done the working at a coffee shop, but the energy doesn’t feel the same as coworking offices. I was going to check out Mission 50 and Daybase in Hoboken. Don’t know if you’ve been there, but am curious about them.
