This is so gross and the garbage is right there. I don’t understand people that do this at all. Terrible neighbors.

This is gross but I think the more likely explanation for this pic is that that refuse container was probably overflowing with the dog poop bags on top and when it was emptied the bags just fell off on the ground and wasn't picked up by the collectors.

I mean, granted this is in the burbs but whenever I walk my fams dog we toss the bags in a planter next to the garbage cans and when the last bag goes out prior to collection we toss them in and tie it up. I feel like if I were a garbage man I don’t feel like grabbing other people shit. It’s not a tall ask for owners to find a better place to toss.

That new building on Columbus.. Hau25 or whatever it's called had a huge pile of crap right in front of the stairs. It's been there almost 2 days. People don't know how to clean up after their pets and ifs gross.

I saw a homeless guy taking a lot of garbage from the bin. I prefered not to say anything.

Actually people get these biodegradable dog bags that aren’t plastic that will end up in a landfill but I think they may be dumb enough to think they shouldn’t go in the garbage lol so they leave them on the street which defeats the purpose of picking up the poop in the first place
