Everyone else left at the Newport stop. I didn’t even realize it until the train went up the bridge toward Hoboken Terminal. I looked both ways. Just me, the conductor, the train, and the 10 mph winds.

Totally didn’t expect it on a weekday night. Got to my NJ Transit train 4 min later and it left on time 3 min later. Perfect timing. Google Maps said I couldn’t make it in time. I knew I can make it in time by looking at the arrival ETA inferred from signals system from my origin station. A nice “local” feeling.
