Got this in the mail yesterday. They don’t give the new rates, just that they will be going up. I now pay $125/month. Hope it won’t be too much more.

That is extremely cheap for a parking garage. I would expect the rates to continue to raise until they are par with every single other parking garage in the area, which are in the range of $300.

That garage is over 60% empty even at current prices. If they price equivalent to garages in more convenient locations, everyone would just park elsewhere.

That pricing is the result of an agreement when the mall was built providing Hamilton Park with a pretty healthy discount. As well as keeping it available to walk through so residents don’t need to detour around the mall.
