Ogden end dog park. Within the matter of two weeks I’ve had multiple issues with this dog park and the owners that go. My dog was scratched badly two weeks ago and blood was drawn. The owner did nothing. Didn’t even look at me and say I’m sorry. Today, I was walking to clean up my dogs poop and a brown Australian shepherd bit me. The owner was just talking about how her dog kept attacking dogs at parks. This is unacceptable and irresponsible. I don’t know if I should file a lawsuit or complaint against the city or the woman herself.

And I've been going for 3 years and my only issue is the people there are clique-y.

If you don't like it don't go. I think it sucks. I don't go very often unless I'm short on time.

I had a huge problem there a couple years ago where a Beagle attacked my dogs and bit my leg as I tried to break it up

The owner didn’t take any accountability, didn’t even move while it all transpired, and then gave a half ass “sorry my dog apparently bit you”

As my jeans are torn up and blood is dripping down my leg

Did you catch either dog's name?

I find Ogden very hit or miss. Like someone else said, the people there, specifically the 5pm crew, are super cliquey. There's also been an unneutered dog going recently, and while he's not aggressive, the fact that he's unneutered sets the other dogs off in the park.

Didn’t catch their name. Both times I’ve had issues the owners didn’t take responsibility. The clicks are what they are. I’m more concerned about people not taking accountability or responsibility for being negligent pet parents. I will not be going back and I won’t go to any dog parks. The amount of dogs and aggressive ones in the parks is out of control. Hate to say this is a con to the area.

Washington Park Dog Park is the best in the area. Given it's size, there's more room for the dogs to not be on top of one another. People there are also generally friendly and good dog owners (though there are a few that aren't).

There was talks about putting a dog park in Pershing Field but I havent heard anything since the Fall.

There is a brown Australian named Benji who is known in the area to have aggressive behavior. He is usually accompanied by a tan middle aged woman named Rossy. I believe that the owner has been asked not to take the dog to any Hudson County dog parks.

If you read the sign to the park, it says all owners are responsible for any injuries caused by their dog and can't leave til things are settled. So you should confront the owner next time.

Honestly though I think you have it good, this dog park has amazing consistent dogs that go and I think you got unlucky. I have been to way, way, way worse.
