Hi r/Jerseycity!

First off we want to thank all of you guys so much here for all of the support with the project. It is indescribable to us to see people enjoying something we’ve put hours and hours into. So thank you again!

We’re posting here because we have our first big release after our initial post! Introducing Release 0.1.0! This was a massive effort & we hope you guys enjoy it.

We also solidified what our priorities looks like for the project and would love to share more with you guys to see where we plan to take the project.

Step 1: User and Restaurant support

This is crucial for the longevity of the site, no questions asked. In its current state having just the team manage things like this isn’t sustainable and it’s at the top of our list.

Step 2: Happenings

Hoboken / Jersey City/ The tri-state area is a bustling, quick paced area. Things get lost in translation and sometimes it’s hard to find events or things that interest you. By prioritizing this we hope to make finding events in the area, easy, fun and even allow people to add their own custom happenings!

Step 3: Everything in-between.

The other steps are our long term goals, but as we get more feedback and ideas we’re always planning to change, iterate and grow to meet peoples needs. We have goals, and now we just need to meet them.
